Secure Dues is a private loan management platform that allows individuals ("Lenders") to track personal loans, generate loan contract templates, and collect payments from borrowers via Stripe. Secure Dues is a software tool only — it is not a bank, financial institution, or licensed lender.
Loan contracts generated by Secure Dues are templates only and may not be legally binding in your jurisdiction. Secure Dues makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal enforceability of any contract. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your lending activities, interest rates, and contracts comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including usury laws and consumer lending regulations.
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney before entering into any lending arrangement.
Secure Dues charges a platform fee of 2.5% per payment processed through the Service. This fee is deducted automatically at the time of payment processing via Stripe. By using the payment collection features, you agree to this fee structure.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Secure Dues is not responsible for payment failures, disputes, or chargebacks.

Nothing in this Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Secure Dues is a software tool only. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Dues and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you have paid to Secure Dues in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and store only the data necessary to provide the Service and do not sell your data to third parties.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
